Privacy notice
This notice explains how Evexnt handles the information you provide when you use the platform.
What Evexnt collects
TikTok information you authorize, such as a public display name, profile image, account identifier, and selected public-video details; your submitted video ID, caption, hashtags, and public engagement statistics; and the contact or reward-delivery information you provide. We do not receive or store your TikTok password.
Why it is used
To create and secure an Evexnt account, verify ownership and eligibility, show approved entries and rankings, calculate scores, prevent fraud, contact winners, fulfil digital rewards, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
What may be public
Approved public TikTok display names, profile images, submitted video embeds or links, ranks, and public scores may appear on Evexnt. Necessary delivery data may be shared only with the selected reward provider after winner confirmation.
Your choices
You may disconnect TikTok access through TikTok settings and contact info@evexnt.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other rights available under applicable law. Disconnecting may make a submitted entry ineligible if Evexnt can no longer verify it.
Security and retention
Evexnt restricts access to sensitive information, minimizes the data it keeps, and retains information only as needed to run challenges, fulfil rewards, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Your public dancer page
Your dancer page is private until you turn on its public visibility in Profile. A public page shows your chosen dancer name, username, photo, cover, bio, dance styles, earned community recognition, and approved videos from public challenges. Your email and account settings stay private.
Turning off public visibility hides your dancer page and its community profile link. Previously issued links to uploaded photos and covers can remain accessible for up to five minutes. TikTok hosts its own public photos, and your approved entries can still appear on their public challenge pages.
Watch later
Videos you save to Watch later are private to your account. Saving a performance does not affect judging or community points. You can remove it from your saved list at any time. Videos hidden by moderation or their challenge will no longer appear in your Watch later list.
